“Very nice homestay, in a gorgeous area. The accomodations were spacious and had lovely terraces; the gardens were beautiful and the food was excellent. I would recommend eating with the other guests at the homestay. The staff was lovely and helpful. But, it was fairly difficult getting to the homestay (ferry to CatBa, drive across the Island, another ferry to LanHa) so keep that in mind.”

“The place is completely rundown, nothing looks like the pictures. The room was filled with mosquito and food choice was limited and horrible. Dont book this place even if you think is a good deal it will be a nightmare.”

“Ne vous fiez pas aux photos. Les chambres ne sont pas propres. La piscine est super sale Travaux à côté des bungalow (7h / 22h ) Pas de locations de scooter (alors que dans l’annonce les scooter sont à loués et sachez que si vous dormez là bas et que vous n’avez pas de scooter vous êtes loin de tout. La propriétaire vous facturera 200000d juste l’aller pour aller dans le centre de cat ba) Et pour finir nous soupçonnons la propriétaire d’avoir fait du surbooking pour pouvoir nous mettre...

“The resort was formally Premier which is good to know, as most drivers can’t find it. It has changed hands after covid and some of the buildings need to be bought up to new code so a lot of vacancies The staff and facilities are fantastic, especially for families The food was good too”

“Super appartement luxueux très bien placé avec tout le confort pour un excellent rapport qualité prix. En revanche, la procédure d’arrivée serait peut être à revoir car c’est un particulier qui vient vous chercher en bas de l’immeuble : nous avons dû demander à quelqu’un de contacter la personne car nous n’avions pas de carte SIM.”

“The location it’s far away from downtown, and the transportation it’s limit and expensive.. if you travel with family it’s not convenient because of the transportation and lack of restaurants around … the staff and the owner it’s super nice .. but they don’t clean and I rooms are not clean enough… ”

"Da evitare, cibo di scarsa qualita, bagni con porta sapone pericolosi in coccio, rotto uno me lo fanno pagare 4 volte il reale costo ed in piu mi prelevano dalla carta di credito piu del prezzo pattuito...scarsa professionalita...inoltre la barca non si è mossa dalla zona turistica piena di barche, poche attivita nelle zone piu belle si consiglia di sceglierne altre a prezzi piu umani visto il posto"
