“Avoid this property. I booked this property based on the reviews I had read on Expedia. We'll those positive reviews are misleading. This property is awful. 1st off the staff is unresponsive and needs to be retrained in customer service. Our hair dryer didn't work. When my wife went to ask for a new one she was told no. Another person staying in another room gave us theirs. Secondly, the room smelled like cigarette smoke. For a non-smoking room it smelled like someone regularly smokes in...

“Ok but I was glad it was only for one night- as a lone traveller I did not feel super safe as the entry to the rooms was via rear unattended door off the parkng lot a long way from the lobby. No safe in room was a big issue.”

“The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all. The bar inside my room was really great!!!”

“I didn’t receive make-up service for the room after the night. I hadn’t put any sign on the door but noted that most of the time the make-up service at that floor was running at late afternoon and this is not acceptable. I was in room 709 Marina Tower”
