“I rarely leave reviews but we had such an amazing time at this property! We cooked most meals and had everything we needed. The access to the river was so easy and close to the home. In my opinion, this is the best section of the river! We loved the rope swing and the few people floating by in tubes. Very family friendly for children of all ages. We are already planning to come back.”

The location, the cleanliness of the property and cabin, and the facilities of the cabin (including deck and pool) make for a most wonderful experience. We loved sitting on the front porch swing and watching the birds. Very quiet, we enjoyed walking around the property, and a campfire our last night there. “Marc was a gracious host and has a beautiful property. It was very easily accessible off the main highway. The cabin was perfect for two, plus cute, secluded, peaceful, and relaxing. Marc went out of his way to accommodate us, and we had a beautiful view of the river from the nice covered patio. We were only minutes away from restaurants in town and plan to stay here again! “We were so happy with this stay! The house is super cozy and clean with a wood burning fireplace in the living room and a lovely kitchen, beautiful woodwork throughout, and a patio off the bedroom that faces a valley. Every morning we got a stunning sunrise view from our comfy bed. It’s just close enough to Mount Ida and Hot Springs while also being remote. “This is our second year to stay at a property on the Caddo for the Christmas Holidays. With our kids having families of their own, we needed a place to accommodate my husband and I plus six other adults and three young children two and under. This property was perfect, it had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning!”

“We enjoyed our stay. The back porch was the best! The only issue was the shower is not made for tall people. My husband is 6’3” and his head hit the roof of the shower. I am 5’10” and had to bend over to wash my hair. Just a piece of helpful info for the next person renting. The covered back porch and the dock you can fish on made up for it though!”

“Great trip… wonderful condo. Quiet. Comfortable clean great views of ducks geese and boats. Only negative for me was that the sheets were too hot and that voicemail to contact number was not returned. Neither of these will stop me from coming back though. The sheets are a personal preference and perhaps the message number can be discussed.”
