“We had the best time. The boat was very roomy. We had 8 adults and 2 teens. We all maneuvered thru the boat with ease and the bathrooms were very roomy. The only negative thing I can say is when you flush the toilets a very ripe smell comes from the hole. Other than that we completely enjoyed our stay.”

“Property was very nice and clean. House is a great layout for one or two couples. Owner is extremely responsive. Conveniently located between Hot Springs and Arkadelphia (Home of Ouachita Baptist Univ and Henderson State). Nice place to relax and enjoy some piece and quiet but only 10 minutes from restaurants and stores.”

“Callie, our host, was very kind & responsive. The house was very clean, comfortable & felt like home. Everything we needed and more was provided. It was a quiet area. The lake was beautiful. Away from it all and yet an easy drive to Caddo Valley and Arkadelphia to the south, and Bizmark amd Hot Springs to the north. We loved everything about it and would happily return. Highly recommend!”

“Such a nice place! Felt modern but cozy. We visited during the solar eclipse and it turned out to be perfect location. There are numerous windows so you get beautiful light and nice views of surrounding woods. It was mostly quiet while we were there- but this property is part of trio of homes on hill overlooking a pond so when the other guests are outside you can hear them occasionally. Also the pond is not part of property, so you can’t access BUT it is great for birding. I was delighted to see...

“The cabin is awesome. Private, plenty of space indoors and outdoors, exactly what we wanted. It's in a secluded area yet easy to get to. It's about 1 mile off the main road and only .5 miles is gravel, so taking a car is not an issue. No pics of the front of the cabin is likely because it's a few yards off the main gravel road, which concerned us at first, but there was zero traffic over the 3 days we were there. You can't hear the neighbors, road noise, boats or anything other than a rooster...
