“Well designed newly built structure so we never imagined that we'd encounter bug infestation. We removed from the bedding insects that we saw but were bitten by bugs during the night. We notified management so hopefully they'll secure competent pest control services.”

“This hotel is by far the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed at. I booked a room for the 4th of july weeend. I expected some noise.But at 1 am I decidedc to leave my first night there. when I walked to the office to inform them I was leaving to go stay swomewhere quieter.
