“I booked this hotel because I needed a room with two beds. When we checked into our room we realized that the balcony door was damaged and hanging off the hinges. Because the door would not close, it could not be locked causing a security and comfort issue. The AC was set to 62 but the room remained around 78 due to the balcony door being stuck open. “We had a wonderful stay at Vistalmar Beach Resort in Deerfield Beach. The location is fantastic, just steps from the beach, and easy access to restaurants and shops. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The pool area was relaxing and perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway”
