“The room smelled like creasote. When I told the staff the smell would make me sick, they showed me another room with the same smell. She said it was the "paint". I asked if all the rooms had the toxic smell. She said yes. When I asked for my money back, she said no. I had to find another hotel and carry my (heavy) bag down 4 flights of stairs.”
