Not only was the property beautiful and in the best location overlooking Vico Seiano Marina, Massimo was by far the best host we have ever experienced! We were a group of 6 adults and 3 children and we had plenty of space for all in the well stocked and comfortable Villa. “Er was een storm geweest vlak voor we kwamen waardoor we niet op de geboekte dag in het huis konden. De eigenaren hebben ons daar goed over op de hoogte gehouden en de kosten gecompenseerd. We werden uiteindelijk heel goed ontvangen, het huis was zeer netjes en de eigenaren ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. We hebben het heel goed gehad! Konden altijd terecht met vragen. “Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, die Wohnung ist geräumig, gut eingerichtet und sauber. Parken vor dem Haus ist unmöglich, auch nicht zum Ausladen. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind knapp, daher haben wir das Auto für 20 €/Tag in eine Tiefgarage gestellt. Das Haus ist nur zu Fuß entlang einer dicht befahrenen Straße ohne Gehweg erreichbar. Mit Kinderwagen nicht zu empfehlen. Der Bahnhof ist in 10 min zu erreichen; mit dem Zug sind viele Ziele erreichbar. Das Haus liegt ziemlich zentral in Vico Equense.”

“Vico Equense's a pretty town with fewer crowds than Sorrento but equally spectacular views. As for the Villa itself, it was lovely, and Luigi and Salvatore were very helpful. The kids loved the pool. I recommend checking out the cheese shop (Caseificio Starace) and restaurant (Pizzeria Ristorante Da Gighetto) a 2-3-minute walk down the road. “This property could be exceptional, but it's not. The view is amazing. The home was clean but most of the external doors did not open. The outside gardens were a complete mess and all over grown. The pool was dirty and green. The stove had no ignitors and we had to buy a lighter. The kitchen is minute for 13 people. There was no soap in all the bathrooms. “Per essere una Residenza d'epoca la struttura è confortevole un po di rumori notturni per le porte un po datate. Posizione e panorama da 5 stelle ma quello che stona è la colazione con prodotti confezionati e non come si decanta anche con sfoglistelle e frolla . Le potenzialità ci sono ma consiglio di addrizzare il tiro sulla colazione anche perché il costo è corretto solo con una colazione all'altezza altrimenti è alto. ”
