THE VILLA

A recent renovation accomplished the owner's dream of a modern, high-standart comfortable villa which preserves at the same time its traditional elegant look and family spirit. Villa Bikini has been run by the Fienga family for three generations, always with respect for the environment, attention to details and a lot of love. Today Villa Bikini is an exclusive rental property able to accomodate up to 8 guests and has:
- 2 comfortable bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and the other with a double bed and a sofa bed that turns into double bed as well
- cosy living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, fireplace and LCD television
- a fully equipped kitchen
- 2 bathrooms both with showers
- 2 outside showers
- a beautifully maintained garden
- 200 sqm terraces with unique sea views
- private swimming pool, using the latest technologies. The swimming pool area is equipped with comfortable garden furniture and barbecue. There is a patio with a dining table overlooking Sorrento Coast, Capri and Ischia islands. The Swimming pool area can be booked both shared or with exclusive usage.

THE BEACH & DINING

There are many beaches next to Villa Bikini, public and private ones. The beach club "Il Bikini" is situated just a few steps away from our villa. This beach is one of sand and gravel and it is located in the middle of a beautiful cove overlooking a clean and clear waterside. The beach is very neat and has got plenty of services and offers a range of comforts. There is an entrance fee.

Around the villa there is a wide selection of restaurants to satisfy every taste. From enogastronomic La torre del Saracino (2 Michelin stars) run by the talented Chef and TV-star Gennaro Esposito and Maxi restaurant (1 Michelin star) to popular pizzerias and fast food. You can't go wrong!

UNFORGATTABLE VIEWS & SURROUNDINGS

Villa Bikini offers its guests a panoramic view on Naples Gulf and Vesuvius on the nord, Capri and Ischia islands and the Sorrento Coast on the south. The area of Villa Bikini is surrounded by nice houses, green mountains falling into the sea, wonderful beaches and sparkling sea-waters which guarantees relaxing stay in harmony with nature. Our villa is placed on top of promontory in the middle of the sea at less then half hour driving from Pompei, Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento Naples and Capri.

The neibourhood is extremely friendly with foreigners.

In the price is included the shared swimming pool area usage, the exclusive usage can be requested upon payment of a fee and need to be agreed in advance.

Swimming Pool is opened 5th of May and closed 15th of October of each year.

HOUSE RUELS

Appoint check in time at least 1 day in advance or as soon as you book, communicating a check in time between 15:00 and 22:00. If you will not appoint a check in time we will wait you between 15:00 and 16:00 after this time it might be considered a No Show.

A form of identification will be requested on arrival ( valid ID or Passport)
