“There was hair in the bathroom when I arrived. The sink faucet leaked unless in a specific position not only shut off but turned to the side. The bath faucet started leaking, too, after my last shower. The sheets had a stain and a couple small tears. The room air was dusty. The replacement bathmat towel was unraveling. The bed is extremely old and had a spring that dug into me if I made the mistake of sleeping on that side of the bed. The blackout curtains were dirty and had holes, and the...
