Great stay!
We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful house, full of charm and with all comforts. We were a large group of family and friends with children (aged 7 to 16) and we all loved it: the high ceiling rooms, the lovely reading room and above all the terrace (we grilled great fish every night!) and pool. Location is perfect, right smack in the centre of charming Campi Salentina; crystal clear waters are a short drive away, marvelous Lecce even closer...and great wineries are super easy reach. In one word: perfect! Landlord was very kind and responsive and Milena super efficient. Thank you!!!

A Lovely Guest House
Fenisia Guest house is a lovely place to stay. We were 6 friends traveling through Puglia and we enjoyed being able to gather in the dining room, the living room and around the pool. The check in process was so easy and Milena was very helpful with the whole process. The house was located close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Wonderful accommodation with amazing pool
We had a lovely time in the centre of mCampi Salentina which is a small town with picturesque square and some good pubs, bars, cafes, ice cream parlour and supermarkets. You enter via a historic door to a stone courtyard where there is access to individual rooms. Each room has a bathroom, fridge, tv etc. Then there is the main house with kitchen and living room and pool courtyard beyond. The arrangement was perfect for our party of 6 adults and 5 kids. Kitchen was well appointed and everything worked. Pool was superb and big enough for kids to play in. Host was available and helpful but not intrusive. Double beds were quite firm by English standards but the majority of our party were raving that once tried they gave the best nights sleep they had ever had. Tv reception was a little unreliable and I am not sure if there were racks to hang towels and swim wear etc but we just hang on chairs outside as it was so hot. Bathrooms were working well and clean but with a few minor improvements could be perfect such as new shower head. In general an extremely beautiful, clean, characterful property and I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking to visit this area of Puglia.

Des vacances réussies !
Nous avons passés 7 jours magnifiques dans cette grande maison. Nous avons appréciés les échanges avec le propriétaire et la personne qui s'est occupée de notre arrivée. Les chambres sont géniales et indépendantes : super pour se reposer. La cuisine, la piscine, ... le rêve ! Nous avons particulièrement appréciés la terrasse fermée et hyper grande pour les apéros et les diners du soir. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine !!! L'emplacement de la maison est idéal pour un petit café sur la place du village devant la grande église.

Fabulous stay
Wonderful villa !! Beautiful and stylish. Lovely restaurants near by and bars and gelato. Air conditioning brilliant and the swimming pool was the best!’ And Milena was great and nothing was to much trouble.

Great villa in a non-touristy little town
We stayed as two families with 5 children from 5-10 years old. It is a great villa in a quaint little town off the tourist circuit. Great location for checking out the region. Would happily stay again. Great cafe, restaurant and bakery within 50m walk.

Beautiful house with everything you need
We had a fantastic time at the Fenisia Guest House - it was a great place to hang out but also to use as a base from which to visit other places - Lecce, and nearby beaches. The house is just beautiful and had everything that we needed. Milena was a fantastic host - very attentive and responsive to what we needed. When we had a small issue with the hot water, she was at the house with a plumber in 15 minutes and it was fixed soon after! Thank you for everything!

Très agréable séjour en famille dans cette propriete
Nous sommes venue à deux familles.la location est idéale car chacun avait qq belle chambre ar sa salle de bain.Milena qui nous a accueilli à été très réactive quand nous avons laissé les clés à l'intérieur dune chambre!! L'endroit est parfait. La région est magnifique. Un bémol: aucun produit d'entretien à l'arrivée: quelques pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle et du produit pour la vaisselle et ce serait topissime !!

Séjour agréable dans une superbe maison
Très belle maison décorée avec raffinement qui nous a plongé dans l'histoire de la région. Très bien équipée pour un long séjour, sans oublier la piscine..... Un accueil très chaleureux à l'arrivée de la part de Milena et son mari. Dommage qu'on nous ait refusé de laisser les bagages jusque 13h00 avant notre départ vers l'aéroport, un petit manque de souplesse....

A Perfect Base in Puglia
If you are going to Puglia and need a base, this is the place. There are not a lot of options in the region with 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms with a pool. The town is small but everything you possibly need is in walking distance. Several grocery stores, a specialty deli, a fish store, fresh pasta store, meat market and vegetable stores all on Via Taranto. While there is no nightlife, there are several places to get a cocktail before dinner and gelato after dinner. The restaurants are good, but we had more fun cooking our meals at the house. The house is perfect and charming. You enter through a wood door to find 4 bedrooms around a courtyard (the photos with the blue doors) then you enter the main house into the sitting room and to the right is the master. From the sitting area you enter the large dining room and then to the right a perfectly stocked kitchen. Behind the kitchen is the laundry room and a half bath. The best part of the house is the pool area which has a reading room off to the side. This could be used as an extra bedroom. Our hosts were amazing and attentive and the people in town welcomed us! There is a wine coop within walking distance that we found too late (it's only open 8-12) and a short drive to Guagnano you will find the Cantele Winery.

Très belle demeure
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis dans cette belle villa Milena, qui nous a accueillis est très gentille très réactive et a été très efficace pour répondre à nos demandes ! Seul bémol : les équipements de cuisine sont à améliorer : pas de lave vaisselle c'est le point majeur lorsque nous sommes nombreux Par ailleurs il serait nécessaire de mettre à disposition des vacanciers des ustensiles pour le BBQ ainsi que de la vaisselle supplémentaire : casseroles , assiettes etc.. Sinon superbe endroit à 10 kms de Lecce au centre d'une vielle ville historique à découvrir

Beautiful house with excellent facilities and a gorgeous pool.
We loved our stay at Fenisia guest house. The five double rooms are all lovely and very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked and the swimming pool (cleaned every day) is a welcome luxury. There's easy parking and a great gelato place a few mins away. Perfect for group holidays and an easy enough drive to Lecce and the coast.

In het echt net zo mooi als op de foto’s. Zwembad was heerlijk. Service van het beheerdersechtpaar was geweldig, bij aankomst was er een hapje en een drankje. In het centrum van het dorp. Bewoners erg vriendelijk en gastvrij.

Charming town. Great House!
Tons of space and lots of privacy for everyone. Great entertaining / dining area and the pool is perfect for kids and adults alike. The house is right in the middle of a charming little town. You can walk to many shops and restaurants. Literally loved everything about it!

Great house, intreresting area and village, friendly and helpful people, perfect for a holiday
The house is perfect for a large group of people. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms and living areas, and reasonably well equiped kitchen. More chopping boards and wine glasses would be wellcome. Inner yard and pool area were very nice and perfect for al fresco dining. Nice rooms with en-suite bathrooms and aircondition. The local managers, Milena and Francesco were extremely friendly and helpful with everything from helping with dinner reservations to retrieving lost luggage. We strongly recommend this house for family or group vacation.

Superbes vacances !
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances grâce à la très agréable maison de Campi Salentina ! Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain et la cour avec la piscine est juste sublime. Milena, très réactive et adorable, a été présente pour répondre à nos questions et demandes ! Seul bémol peut-etre : pas de lave vaisselle dans la cuisine et du savon dans les salles de bains. Sinon semaine de reve !!

Schön renoviertes Haus in sehr nettem Dörfchen ohne Touristen
Das Haus ist super schön, neu renoviert und sehr geräumig. Alle Zimmer haben Bäder und sind gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Küche ist ok ausgestattet, aber bei Gruppen größer 10 Personen fehlt es an weiteren großen Töpfen und es gibt nur ein Schneidebrett( und die Spühlmaschine fehlt). Das schmälert den guten Gesamteindruck aber nicht. Die Vermieter sind super nett und bei Problem immer schnell zur Stelle. Das Dörfchen ist klein und sehr authentisch. Wir sind Ende Mai keinem weiteren Toursiten begegnet. Italienisch ist deshalb in der Regel die einzige Sprache. Lebensmittel, Eisdiele und Restaurants können bequem zu Fuß erreicht werden. Preise sind für deutsche Verhältnisse sehr günstig. Strand ist 20-30min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Agréable séjour dans cette belle demeure!
Nous repensons avec nostalgie à notre semaine à Campi Salentina. Même si le temps était encore un peu froid pour la saison, les enfants se sont risqués de nager dans la belle piscine dans le beau patio. Les chambres sont confortables et nous avons même profiter de la belle cuisine équipée. Belle maison arrangé avec gout et nous nous y sentions directement à l'aise. Campi Salentina, n'est dans auqu'un nos guides, mais vaut vraiment le détour! Nous conseillons aussi cette adresse pour sa situation bien centrale dans les Pouilles à fin visiter les belles citées comme Lecce, Otranto et Gallipoli, voir même Martina Franca, Ostuni et Locorotondo plus au nord!

Magnifique maison dans petite ville idéalement située
Belle maison, avec 2 cours intérieures et de hautes pièces voutées. Le tout a été rénové avec goût et est bien équipé. Très bonne literie. Cuisine parfaitement équipée. Campi Salentino est une jolie petite ville, idéalement placée pour rayonner sur Lecce et la région du Salento. On peut aller facilement à la mer (à l'est ou à l'ouest, au choix ....). Nous étions les seuls touristes de Campi en cette période, les petits commerces du centre ville (boulangerie, légumes locaux, boucherie, supérette, patisserie et même poissonnerie un peu plus loin) nous on accueilli chaleureusement, malgré la barrière de la langue. Nous avons toujours trouvé de la place le soir sur le parking public situé tout près. Pierangelo et Eliana étaient disponibles à tout moment pour les renseignements dont nous avions besoin. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et recommandons ce lieu.

Wunderful place to stay
We were with a group of 8 people in Campi Salentina, Guest House Fenisia. Very good place, almost new and good equipment. Also very nice and friendly people. We intend to come back.
