“Yorke Lodge is a Bed & Breakfast located just outside the historic center of Caterbury. Being out of the center is in my opinion a plus if one looks for a quiet site and want to escape from the chaos of excessive tourist flow. In the backyard, there is a nice green garden that especially in the right months will certainly be appreciated by the customer. I had the vegetarian breakfast and was so impressed at how fresh all the ingredients were and that the chef cooked the veggie sausages to perfection………..most breakfast chefs seem to cremate them! All in all a fabulous experience. ”

“Great welcome by the host. Lovely big family room with lots of space for the children. Didn’t stay for breakfast as an early start home but there was a lot of choice on offer. Will definitely stay again when I revisit family who live in the town. A bonus was the private parking on grounds of the guest house as so many roads are permit only. Short walk to shops, supermarket and along the Leas overlooking the beach. Highly recommended.”
