“We booked the renewed room, and was really nice, clean, cozy and with a breathtaking view!! I suggest to book these rooms for a nice holiday. I would suggest, though, a little improvement in the breakfast that was not at the same level. ”

Personale non sempre gentile: quando siamo arrivati, al check in, la signora si è dimostrata abbastanza scortese, mentre la mattina successiva è stata gentile. “It appeared that the property was in the middle of a renovation and access beyond the front desk to the first floor was limited. Just a little inconvenient with luggage getting to the elevator.”

“They were clearly unprepared for the season. The contactless check-in was god awful and barely worked; had to reach out several times to get this resolved. Was not able to check in at the time that was noted on my paid reservation and upon checking in later than paid there were still cleaners there and we walked on site to trash everywhere. Biggest issues was that the A/C did not work in one of the two rooms that was booked. The other room the A/C was dirty and blowing dust out the whole time...

“The staff was great, extremelywelcomingand helpful. The property is well kept. The rooms are very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The air and heat (yes we needed both) worked great. Its a convenient location as well. The pool was not ready when we were there so I can't comment on that but it was big and looked nice. My one thing was they charge a pet fee like everywhere but its per dog which with 2 is $70 a night. I hope they change that because it would be my only...
