“While our room was clean and housekeeping was accommodating, the overall experience fell well below expectations.
Upon arrival, there was no valet or luggage assistance available. When we asked about help with our bags, we were simply told to “find”luggage carts and transport them ourselves. The interaction felt dismissive and set the tone for our stay.
We arrived before the 4:00 PM check-in time and were told to wait in the lobby for a text notification when our room was ready. We never...
