“We had an amazing trip! The condo was exactly as shown. Very clean, welcoming with the most beautiful view! Sonia and Felix were great hosts and easy to work with. Check in was a breeze with no issues. Anything you need is right across the street opposite of beach side. We walked everywhere and felt totally safe. A short Uber ride to old San Juan is a must. We will definitely be back and stay here again.”

Only negative was a bit difficult check in procedures for initially entering the property. Also, although posting describes this as about an 18 minute walk from the airport, do not attempt this as you will run out of sidewalk about a mile into your stroll. “We had a great time for our first trip to Puerto Rico. The apartment was very clean, plenty of towels, toiletry, cooler and beach chairs provided. It's located on the beach as advertised and is within walking distance to restaurants and bars. It was mostly quiet at night. The property is secure and we felt safe during the visit. Hector is awesome and responds quickly. We would definitely stay here again!”

“This unit was everything that it advertised. While it is tight in a few areas such as the bathroom, it was very clean. The air conditioning was able to keep up with the heat and humidity from outside - it actually got chilly and had to be turned down.
