Cozy Beach Studio bellissima vista

Il luogo ideale dove soggiornare per le persone che vengono a visitare la loro famiglia a Puerto Rico o per aiutare il recupero dell'isola. Siamo stati benedetti e il nostro studio è in buona forma dopo la visita dell'uragano María.
L'appartamento si trova proprio sulla spiaggia di Isla Verde, vicino a ristoranti e al supermercato Super Max. Ideale per i turisti che vogliono godersi la brezza dei Caraibi e una bella vista sull'oceano dall'appartamento. Se vuoi goderti il clima caldo di Puerto Rico a un prezzo ragionevole senza compromettere il comfort e la sicurezza, ti godrai il nostro posto. Puoi prendere un autobus di fronte al condominio e visitare Old San Juan, Piñones, Plaza Carolina Mall e altro. Ricordati di leggere le norme e i regolamenti per il noleggio con noi e se hai domande, scrivici un messaggio. È molto importante rispettare gli orari di check in e check out e che riceviamo il tuo itinerario di volo per coordinare la consegna delle chiavi e il telecomando per accedere al condominio.

Property is identical as pictures. I was a single traveler and was a safe building for a single woman. Wash and dryer uses quarters; bring your quarters as I ran into the machine for change not working. That was a small thing but good to be prepared as you plan on doing some washing. Apt was clean and good price for the location and size of the apt. The Host was very responsive and friendly. Beach is right behind the building so that’s a plus. Of course rent a car to move around and building has parking availlable every tiime.

It was a great centralized location. Grocery store and restaurants right across the street. The kitchen is fully equipped. There was plenty of space throughout. Host was easy to contact. Best part was the beach access.

Rosie and her Husband were very friendly and replied promptly. The place is amazing you can see and feel the breeze from the beach by your window. You will find everything you need in the studio was very convenient, clean, quiet and great location. Supermarket and gas station right across the street

The room was great and cozy. Walked into a great smelling clean studio. Should have a bigger bed, js. Quiet building. Comes with everything you would need. Had drama with the elevator leaving at 2am. Had to walk 3 suitcases down 7 flights. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental! It was perfect for the two of us. The host was wonderful! She accommodated to our needs and communicated with us so well. The location is perfect for those who are looking to explore the area, as there’s plenty within walking distance that we will able to keep ourselves occupied. Ubers had no issue finding us and/or parking to let us in. The private gate for the parking lot and beach was reassuring, as well. The beach outside was beautiful! The entrance to the beach from the parking lot was perfect and not as busy, which was also nice. We would definitely rebook this place!

It is a convenient location. Just a few minutes from the airport and 15 minutes to Old San Juan. Plenty of food options around.Check in was not super convenient. There is a gate with 40 key lock boxes hanging from either side of it. You have to locate your specific box, and then use the combination to get into it. Not an easy task in the dark. The master key works for all of the gates onto and off the property as well as the lobby door. Unfortunately, the gate locks are deteriorated and I couldnt get through the gate to the beach. Once I was able to get a hold of the owner, I was told another way to the beach which wasn't very difficult. The condo was very clean. And the towels smelt wonderful! Photo is a view from the room.

View was limited, however, it didn't matter because the beach was only 100 feet from the building. The AC was excellent and kept the studio cold at 73 degrees. I loved the fact that every restaurant I went to had variety and exceptional menus and pricing. I could take a Lyft or the Metro #5 bus all the way to Viejo San Juan. The hostess, Rosa, called me within 5 mi ites of my arrival to check if I needed anything or perhaps any recommendations for restaurants or tours I might be interested in. She was so nice from the start of the booking process to my departure. I definitely am coming back next year and will teach out to Rosa to book her studio.

Overall, this was perfect for our week long stay in PR. The place was clean and had everything we needed including a small kitchen, laundry facilities, beach accessories, A/C, and bathroom accomodations. I wish that the shades in the room did a better job at leaving light out, in addition, being near a busy intersection and street, traffic can be heard so bring earplugs BUT this was still a great location you can't beat. You have great access to the beach, a short drive to San Juan, a 24/7 supermarket across the street and great restaurants in the area. When we were there the elevators were being serviced but one was still in operation for most our visit. Rosa was very responsive when we needed help and I definitely recommend this place for a couple staying in PR. We had a wonderful stay, thank you!

Fantastic spot on the beach and perfect condo for what we needed! Rosa was very kind and understanding. Only complaint was the creaky elevator, but that was completely out of Mrs. Monroy’s control. Would most definitely consider booking again given the chance of us coming back!

Beach get away!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was spotless and extremely well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. One of the best parts was how close it was to the beach—just a short walk away! The owner was very responsive and answered any questions we had quickly. We would definitely recommend this spot for a couple looking for a relaxing getaway.

The apartment itself was fine, location was very nice, but they advertised that they had air conditioning, which was broken; bad circuit that was broken before we were there. We finally reached the owener, who refunded us for the 2 nights we did not stay there, but it was very inconvenient to say the least.

Fun spot

Fun spot, hard to breath after a while i think due to black mold i saw in bathroom upon arrival. Beautiful beach right outside. Good beach chairs and accomodations
