“Location is great. Walking distance from the botanical garden and queens university. It felt like a safe neighborhood.
Pros- location, quaint unique hotel. Had a room with 3 beds which is rare to find. Breakfast was quite good and a fair price. Also able to buy hop on bus tickets at reception

We were up 3 flight of stairs. With heavy luggage that was hard with no elevator available. The room was quite warm. Fans were provide and window opened but was still hot. The shower was hard to...
