“Everything was good, except the staff ( female) at check out was lousy.. she doesn’t know her job and she did want the male colleague to help. It wasted 15 minutes of my time rushing to Daxing airport. !!!”

“Front desk did not speak English. Bad start. Very clean and spacious. Did not have a bar. Rooms were big and nice. The shower was a mess! No shower curtain to stop water from going all over the bathroom. The property felt very empty of life. No people in or around. The breakfast was spectacular. The evening host for dinner was great. Spoke English and very accommodating ”

“Schönes Zimmer, in einem wirklich tollen Hotel. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und chinesisch freundlich.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und man konnte ausreichend bedienen.
Können das Hotel die einen Aufenthalt in der Stadt sehr empfehlen.”

“The premises are immaculate, staff are friendly and rooms are mint! Only issue is proximity to subways/convenience stores, it is a 10/15min walk, apart from that I would highly recommend this Hotel”
