“Theu have a problem with noisy ventilation system in the ceiling at the entrance. I had to change the room, because it was really disturbing. You can not switch it off without disconnecting other appliances in the room. Fridge was also dirty- bottom drawers. The rooms on yhe 4th floor seem to be in the best shape.”

“With a do not disturb sign on the door a someoneknocked on the door multiple times and try to enter. We were inside and the door was locked therefore, he could not enter. An hour or so later, the maintenance man knocks on the door, even though the do not disturb sign was on the door. When no one answered quickly, he attempted to enter the room. Again, we had the lock on the door and he was not able to fully enter. The door did open partially before it hit the lock. We notified the manager.”
