“Eravamo già stati in questo hotel parecchi anni fa e abbiamo ritrovato la stessa piacevole atmosfera. Aria familiare e tranquilla anche se accoglie molte persone. Camera pulita con bella terrazza e vista sull'acqua della baia, ampia spiaggia di sabbia appena attraversata la strada. Il ristorante è stato la vera sorpresa per la qualità del cibo veramente a un livello stellato. Lo consigliamo al 100% .”

“Resort molto bello ma eccessivamente caro per ciò che offre. Camere piccole, con spazio sacrificato in favore di sala e cucina. La spiaggia è di sassolini e conchiglie nel bagnasciuga e abbiamo trovato mare torbido con alghe in spiaggia e un’infinità di insetti volanti neri sia in spiaggia che in piscina davvero fastidiosi. Non abbiamo ricevuto i vantaggi previsti dalla prenotazione come Gold level neppure su esplicita richiesta. In generale il resort è adatto a famiglie e ad amanti di sport...

“The location was amazing from the moment you walk in the doors and see the view out over the mangrove and water. Watching the birds come and go and Osprey building nests was wonderful as was the sunrise coming in those windows. Walk to the beach is short to see sunsets. Watching the pelicans is always entertaining as is shelling and grabbing food at the mucky duck. Thank you so much for making such a lovely clean place available.Hard to leave.”

“Location was great. Over all the place was very nice. Still a lot of work needed from Ian, but that is external property. Inside needs some attention...Carpet curling, wall hooks and no prints - kind of ugly, TV and wifi were at odds. Barely had any access to local news. No national news. Elevator out. TV actually went out in living room. Kept saying channel corrupt and so I’d switch the limited channels available and after 3 minutes it would freeze or cut out with the same message. No dust pan”

“Our group was three women ages 55 to 84 and a 20 month old toddler. Mostly a very positive experience, but it would have been nice to have sliding glass door blinds or draperies for privacy in the living room, as it faced the main house. Also there were a lot of loose cords and cables in the living room which were enticing to a toddler. Except for the stairs which were difficult for the 84 year old and toddler, we would definitely consider returning here.”

“Where do we start your own private island oasis. We caught all the fish we could possibly want, including redfish, snook, sea, trout and sheepshead. we had the Dolphins feeding out of our hand great place and the host is excellent deal with! Great place with plenty of room.”

“Property was very clean. Great location close to Captiva and Sanibel. Bathroom was nice and clean. Only complaints: 1. Beach Parking Pass is ONLY for use on the property’s beach access. I wish this was more clearly stated on the room literature as we found this out the hard way! $150 parking ticket! 2. The bed is awful. Not very comfortable at all. That’s about it. “Right on the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels provided. Could easily walk to two restaurants. Perfect view for sunsets and wildlife viewing and stargazing. We stayed on upper floor which had great views. The porches could have used a simple curtain to create a little more privacy when you walked up and down the stairs. Expensive but we had a great experience. ”

“Nice condo and area. The condo was very clean. Pool an easy walk out the front. Beach wasn't crowded at all. Construction was occurring on condo property itself but was not near the condo itself. If you want to buy groceries, would recommend a Kroger before going across bridge to Sanibel.. the local grocery store is greatly overpriced with limited selections”
