“Our eight days stay at the Hamden Inn and suites was terrible. Hopefully I will never have to say this place again.. we get into our room realized the air conditioning is hardly working. “Room was very clean and large space . Hallway to get to upstairs was a bit outdated and many stairs so someone with an ailment would have a hard time . Check in with glass was a little weird like is there a safety issue ? Overall for one night was fine !”

“The stay was okay, but overall the place looked a bit shabby and tired. The back exit door didn’t lock. The room sink was cracked and the tub looked like it had a ring and had applique glue residue on the tub floor. The walls had some dirty streaks or stains that wasn’t great to be around. The ac was loud, but effective. Front desk staff were attentive. The only amenities were a communal microwave and a pot of coffee with sugar and creamer, no fridges or safes in the room. “The room was huge we had a king room, the water pressure in the sink was not great- the shower was awesome. Bigger size fridge then I was expecting so that was a nice surprise. Close to a dunkin, burger king and other food places. The pillows were odd, tiny. The room key kept deactivating so that was sort of annoying. Over all it was quiet, even with the hotel being full it was quiet not loud rude guest. We did have our dog, and other guests had dogs so there were barking but it wasnt loud.”

“This property was excellent. The one complaint I have would be some of the guest were extremely loud and obnoxious. Both Friday evening at 9:30 in the lobby when I was checking in - I could hardly hear the receptionist. She tried to asked them to be quiet and one man was so obnoxious and rude he just got louder. Then last night on the third floor there was a couple in the hall at midnight screaming and cursing on and off for awhile.”

“We were traveling for a softball tournament and didn’t get to use many of the amenities. It was challenging that breakfast started at 7am instead of 6 am, but Dewayne was very helpful at finding a solution. Our room was clean and spacious. Only improvement would be a luggage rack.”
