“The staff were exceptionally helpful. They tried their best but the rooms were very old and oddly placed. We could hear things through the walls. Stay for the location and the wonderful staff but don’t spend much time in the rooms.”

L'accoglienza della manager del servizio prenotazioni di nome Margherita è stata davvero unica.Fa piacere sentirsi ospiti ben accolti e non dei semplici numeri.Ricevuto upgrade pur avendo comunque già acquistato la camera vista fiume (camera con metratura leggermente superiore). La stanza è comodissima e in perfetto stile. Come potete leggere da altre recensioni è meglio non essere al quinto piano per il possibile rumore...

“Great location in the old town. Everything was much appreciated. We got some concerns : 1) check in 16.00 it’s really late (first time it happens) 2) not having the breakfast in the building it’s a minus from my prospective 3) MAIN : so many noises especially during the morning. Works outside start really early and the glass are soooo thin! Unfortunately always wake up with noises around 06.30am 4) no cleaning room - costs 9 5 dollars ”

“Rooms were clean, and the inside of the property was clean. There was a lot of construction going on in the area, and the staff did not help show us what activities or things to do in the area, so we got lost a few times. Also we weren't told that the AC units weren't working and there was no other alternatives rooms were hot.”
