“Very good, but… the hall ways and rooms had musty smells. The room was quite small. It’s European, so no air conditioning in hall ways, which is annoying. The beds were way too soft for my liking.
For this same price you can get more luxurious options. But it wasn’t bad for 1 night passing through. And the staff were very nice. Breakfast not bad.”

“The staff were excellent, attentive, and very helpful, especially with arranging local tours. The half-day backwaters boat tour was a highlight and highly recommended, and the resort grounds were lovely and quiet.
The main disappointment was the Alleppey tour, as we were not told in advance that the coir factory, museum, and palace were closed on Monday, which made the long drive less worthwhile. The driver, however, was excellent. The rooms also felt tired and in need of an upgrade, with some...
