“Nell'albergo, non fronte oceano, ma di fronte ad un lago, molto suggestivo la sera. Si trova a poco più di un km dalla stazione di Colombo Fort, nel quartiere nuovo di Colombo. L'oceano è a due passi dell'albergo e l'aeroporto dista poco più di un'ora. Personale eccellente e ottima la ristorazione. Io ero stanca e ho cenato in camera ma tutto è stato perfetto”

In all fairness the difference between the standard room and the upgrade were not significant, anyway we accepted to go for the upgrade since the room was bigger. Once in the room we see the toilet quite dirty, and i complained to the hotel because i think if you upgrade a room you need to guarantee a certain level of service. Anyway at the reception the hotel manager didn't want to give the money back or offer us a breakfast. I...

As well for that amount of money there are in Colombo way better hotels."
