“I had booked a room with a walk-in shower because I use a cane but found the bed in the allotted room was a bit too high for me, as I told the night manager. The very next day, Tom Jennings, the overall manager, on his own arranged an”accessible” room for me with a lower bed as well. I was so very grateful to him. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but the staff and manager made me feel very welcome. I recommend the hotel highly. ”

“I did not like trying to get to the hotel which is situated on the grounds a public university. One entrance from a main Street was blocked off and you had to go find another one to get into it There is a big sign at this entrance to the university that points to you to the hotel and the GPS send you there. If they're not going to open that one access then they need to put a sign saying this side is closed and brief description of how to get to the property. Parking was terrible but all...
