“The view from this property strikes you the minute you walk in the front door. All you can see is your pool, the beach and then St. Barth off in the distance. The property is very well maintained and easy to find. It is well located between the French and Dutch sides of the island. The restaurant Big Fish is a 30 second walk from the front door and was delicious. Overall a great place to stay in St. Maarten.”

There are 4 bedrooms, each with it's on en suite bathroom and another bathroom just off the kitchen. The view is stunning! Imagine waking up to the sound of waves and perfect views of the ocean, a few steps away from the beach, and all the comforts and accommodations you need. “This Villa provides everything we were looking for; amazing views, refreshing pool, private surroundings, comfortable beds, and close by grocery store (and restaurants). Having said that, we rented a jeep and cruised the entire island, which made coming back to the Villa that much more enjoyable. We would rent this spot again.”

All the utensils for cooking were there however we chose to enjoy the many incredible restaurants and beach bars. Anna was a wonderful host and provided all the information we needed. “As usual our property manager Moune was available and had the home ready. This property sits a few hundred feet from the beach but has its own pool. Quite comforting the water storage on the property since we have been on the island for many water shutdowns… everything was perfect this trip.
