Villa 'Suzanna' a Orient Bay

La nostra villa 'Suzanna' è stata completamente rinnovata nel 2018. Si trova a 100 metri da Orient Bay.
Spesso chiamata "Saint-Tropez des caraibes", è anche la spiaggia più bella di Saint-Martin.
Sarai a due minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, dai negozi e dai ristoranti.
L'acqua nella piscina privata varia tra 28 e 34 gradi tutto l'anno.
La proprietà non è contigua e non ha il contrario, per coloro che desiderano fare naturismo.
Tutte le camere sono climatizzate.
Inoltre, puoi goderti appieno l'ampia terrazza in teak di 250 m². Apprezzerai anche la presenza di palme da cocco e fiori di bouganville che regalano un vero fascino tipico ed esotico!
Infine, tutta la decorazione interna è stata rifatta con grande raffinatezza ...
La casa è completamente sicura per permetterti di trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla.
Molte attività sono disponibili nelle immediate vicinanze: canoa, immersioni subacquee, gite in barca, pesca d'altura, jet ski, kitesurf, windsurf, equitazione, trekking, golf, tree climbing, tennis ... E per i nottambuli, tutti i tipi di discoteche, casinò, bar, ecc ...
Tutto qui è stato progettato per divertimento e relax ... quindi .... buone vacanze!

We loved our time spent at this villa! We rented a car and did not have any trouble finding or accessing the property. Chantal, the property manager, was in contact and available if we needed her. The villa itself is extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay: beach towels, pool toys, coolers, etc. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need if you were to cook; however, we opted to go out for our meals. Everything you need is within walking distance (less than 5 minutes away) and the area is very safe! We enjoyed walking to Good Morning Cafe every day and bringing coffee and pastries back to enjoy by the pool. There are many restaurants in the area and a grocery store so you do not necessarily need a car unless you want to explore the island. All of the restaurants in the area are top notch. Our favorites were Bona Mama, Maison Mere, Rancho Del Sol, and Le Sud. The many beach clubs are also great! We did not have any issues during our stay! The water pressure was perfect and the appliances that we used worked. The beds are a little firm but the pillows and bedding are very soft. Do not hesitate to book this villa! I hope to return in the future and will definitely book here again. :)

Our family has stayed in Orient Bay a few times and this was our favorite rental. The location cannot be beat: it’s just a short walk to the beach and to all the delicious restaurants Orient has to offer. We also love that is right by our favorite breakfast spot, Good Morning. The villa itself was lovely. The pool area was a highlight, with plenty of loungers and floats. It was nice to have the fans outside in the covered area. Villa was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable - lots of towels, soaps, paper goods, etc. Communication with Chantal was easy, as was check in/check out. We would be happy to stay here again.

The location is perfect—you can easily walk to many great restaurants right from the villa. We did rent a car and found it helpful for a few outings, including a morning trip to the Marigot Market and a quick run to Super U, which is about a 10-minute drive depending on traffic.The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare several meals, and we enjoyed grilling a couple of times as well.We also loved the new sun loungers and the pool, especially on the days we chose to relax at the villa instead of heading to the beach.Chantal, the manager, was wonderful—she was always quick to respond to any questions we had, and we had the pleasure of meeting her at the end of our stay.We would definitely stay here the next time we come!

We stayed here over Xmas / NYE 2025 holidays and absolutely loved the location in Orient Bay Beach, as well as the layout of the villa. Master and ensuite bathroom in separate wing of the villa from the other 2 bedrooms and bathrooms giving everyone personal space. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are comfortable and well set up for a relaxing stay. That said, the property is starting to show its age in a few areas, and some kitchen essentials we expected weren’t available, which made cooking a bit less convenient. Overall, a great location with attentive and responsive hosts making it a great stay, but a few updates and better-equipped kitchen would really elevate the experience.

Second time staying at villa suzanna. Can not beat the location and the pool is perfect. Host was responsive and villa was clean and well kept. Our only complaint was the poor water pressure which made it extremely difficult to shower. We did not experience that during our last stay in March of 2024. Would definitely stay again if that situation gets rectified.

Excellent Villa!

The photos don't do this place justice. The private deck is expansive. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The only difficulty we had was finding the villa. It cannot be found by the address. You will need to familiarize with the maps that are provided.

Awesome Villa!

We had a great time in St Maarten and loved Villa Suzanna. The location is perfect, the house is setup perfectly with everything you need, and the pool is super private! Highly recommend this as a place to stay. The hosts were amazing, very easy to contact, and checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. A+++

Wrong address of property

We were given three different addresses to the property. Day before arrival was given two addresses. I questioned addresses and was given a final address that was incorrect. Upon arrival, discovered the final address given was incorrect as no lock box on door. We tried the other address the day before and found the key lockbox and the code given worked. We assumed this was the correct house. Tried to contact local property manager to confirm but got no response. She showed up at house the next day. She was French with poor English skills. Not a good way to start a vacation.

Perfect house and location for a beach vacation

My husband and I just spent a week in Villa Suzanna. The house had it all and our host was always available for anything we needed. The location was a quick walk from many excellent restaurants and Orient Beach. We loved our private pool and outside area. We look forward to returning.

Couldn’t Be Happier!

There were 6 of us including two 18 year olds and the proximity of this house to the beach and village allowed for the freedom to come and go with ease. The pool and huge private deck were as advertised and we used it daily. The house was clean and had everything we needed. No issues at all. Felt safe at all times. The hosts were extremely quick in responding. We’ve stayed all over the island and this villa is definitely a repeat for us!

perfect location

This was a perfect location - walking distance to grocery, beach and great restaurants. Clean and we enjoyed the USB speaker, outdoor plants and pool. A little difficult to find at first and make sure you have a photo of the instructions/door code - don't rely on wifi before you are in the house and signed in. Thank you for a delightful stay!

Great Stay in Orient Bay

We had a great time at this villa and have no complaints. The villa is spacious, clean, and located within walking distance of great restaurants. We had good communication with the property manager and had no problems checking in or out.
