“I never get the room, the renter never give the room number, he never answer at my questions on the message I sent, the phone number didnt work, the description are wrong : no beach, no spa, no gym... the swiming pool was ugly (water was green). I have to rent an other room. Its hard to contact VBRO (only by phone and the line have been cut) and Expedia cant help.”

“The residential complex is situated half way between Darhar ( old Hurghada ) and Sheraton Road ( New Hurghada walking street ) The complex itself is very safe and has it's own 24/7 security who are happy to help with anything at all. The security Boss speaks very good English. Only one younger member tried his luck to get some Bucksheesh... but otherwise all very professional! The apartment itself is managed by a Egyption lady called Noor. They changed my apartment midway...
