“My favorite place to stay in Ann Arbor. This time for some reason, my reservation did not go through and the manager came out to help and could not have been kinder. Things worked out. The moment I got to the room I got a text message asking how everything was and letting me know that the staff is there to assist. The hotel has a great public space in the lobby and great restaurants all the way around. It has an excellent vibe! ”

“Newly renovated bathrooms. Shower sliding doors and long, higher counter top. Rooms are very limited with light. We use our head lamps to read at night. Noisy slamming of back door that people use a lot, and a lot of truck noise in parking lot. Great breakfast (even pancakes!) and friendly and helpful staff.”
