“Beautiful property. Very central location. Lovely, romantic courtyard. We did not have a top sheet on our bed during our stay, thought I asked for one, only a duvet. But it was too warm to use a blanket or sheet anyway! Hospitable staff.”

“Was very impressed with the staff & enjoyed my interactions with Tequila at the front desk. Very hospitable & when my ac unit seemed to not be working, she promptly put me into another room. Maintenance was quick to come and realized the ac was in fact working. Room was very comfortable & the bathroom was roomy & updated. Would definitely stay here again.”

“La stanza era molto grande e comoda, il bagno abbastanza grande e funzionale. La pulizia ottima. L’unico appunto che posso fare è che ho trovato un asciugamano bucato. La struttura ha un giardinetto interno che però, essendo inverno, non abbiamo potuto sfruttare. La posizione è centrale, appena fuori da Bourbon Street, ma tranquilla. Quindi tutto sommato un buon tre stelle, da consigliare senz’altro.”

“The staff was very helpful and very accommodating; super easy check in process. Be warned that not all of the rooms have historic charm. The lighting in the bathroom is horrible for ladies who want to see themselves to apply makeup. If you don't expect all the comforts of a normal hotel, you won't be disappointed (bath mat, multiple bedside table lamps, etc.). Great location to our favorite "sleepy" side of the quarter.”

“I’ve been travelling for five weeks staying in a different hotel every night and I must say this was my absolute favourite hotel so far. So incredibly beautiful. And you gotta love a carousel bar! Thanks to all the staff who made it such a lovely day.”

“I booked a king bed balcony and it was changed to a double bed room. I don’t get explanation or notice and was very disappointed. The staff wasn’t helpful in updating the room to the correct one and I had to stay in the same room with double.”

“Alla reception sono abbastanza scortesi. Inoltre ho chiesto di fare il check out la sera prima visto che partivamo all3 04:00 e ci hanno detto che non c’era problema. Invece al mattino ci dicono che non possono e che addebitano più tardi. Peccato che invece delle 67€ come fa vostra fattura hanno trattenuto 141€! ”
