“The physical infrastructure of this hotel is in okay shape (but not great shape). Where the hotel really disappoints is in service. The staff are not well trained, and systems are not in place for reasonable performance. Our check-in process was confusing, where they found my name and booking in their system, and then 5 minutes later asked me if I was sure that I booked at Araliya Green Hills. “This is a villa converted to a hotel. The have only 4 rooms. The description is misleading. Too expensive. Does not worth it. It should not be rated more than 1 star! The view from the room (Delox twin) is totally obstructed. It smells terrible!”

“I had a wonderful stay at the Comfort Inn and Hostel, staying in the dorm room. The place is well situated - just a few minutes walking to the town center - and feels lovely and homely. The beds are very comfortable and the dorm has a fairly large bathroom. The couple that run the place are also so welcoming and helpful, and organized a tour for me to a nearby waterfall and tea factory. You can order meals at the Inn, and the banana pancakes are a must-try! ”
