“Unfortunately we didn’t make it to Stoneridge as my husband got Covid on the morning we were due to fly to QT. The response we received regarding our booking was sympathetic but unhelpful as it’s premium accommodation we didn’t get to use. Watch out for cancellation policies as everyone on our trip was very accommodating. We won’t try and rebook another time.”

“You can’t beat the location of this hotel and the beautiful view of the trees and lake, but the hotel did feel more dated than I expected. The bathroom especially is in need of a remodel. However, it was still a pleasant experience overall.”

“L’albergo è molto bello, il personale gentile. La posizione bella e comodo il battello proprio nel molo davanti all’albergo. La vista della camera incantevole. Il materasso troppo morbido è per me molto scomodo. Non ho mangiato molto bene a cena e ho speso moltissimo. Gli sconti sulle pietanze sono solo per determinati cibi e la cosa non è ben specificata. In generale però lo consiglierei. ”

“Pam was very helpful at check in , explaining everything about the hotel and assisting with dinner reservations. Delightful staff attitude reflected at the well organised breakfast room with a good selection of freshly made items combined with a buffet cooked to order by friendly staff. The 6.00 happy hour with free wine is another bonus and an opportunity for guests to mingle. The underground car park is convenient and has a lift for baggage. ”
