“Went to check in prepared with confirmation number and booking email but front office staff were clueless, said there was no booking, had no idea about Wotif. Took 20 minutes for them to find a senior manager and be directed to get a room prepared. Once in the room, the facilities were fine and the room was quite reasonable but front office staff need a lot of training, especially given the competitive market for accommodation in Moresby these days.”

“The customer service was exceptional, very friendly & accomodating staff who will do anything they can to make you stay an ejoyable. The only bad thing was drainage in the shower as the tiles were not laid properly so you had to close the water taps so as not to flood the shower room. Apart from that really enjoyed my stay.”
