“I had a terrible experience at the double tree hilton-dearborn hotel. I arrived early on May 28th, 2026 around 12:00 p.m., I did an early check in and got charged a $25 fee which was fine. I got a room and went to see it. As I was walking, the property was dirty, the pool was filthy with so much film, and bacteria in it. We are from out of town so tried to call & see if we could check in early but just got left on hold. “The first thing I usually do when I get to a room is set up my CPAP machine. There were no plugs next to the bed so i moved the bed slightly to get to an outlet and saw that it has not been cleaned under in a really long time. I stayed the night, but was not happy. I went to breakfast the next morning and it was so messy and burnt stuff on the waffle maker. We did not eat breakfast. We actually left the hotel 2 days earlier than we were originally booked for.”

“If you need to stay near Detroit Metro, there is LITERALLY nowhere better than here! You will not be disappointed. Big rooms, clean, food was excellent in the morning, shuttle we did not use, but noticed how they were friendly and on time. You cannot ask for more. It is slightly pricier - but you get what you pay for. It is in a safe location and getting to the airport is a breeze!”
