“The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the room & lobby were dated. In our room the air conditioner was blowing strong, when I called the front desk it was always busy. The breakfast was sub par compared to other stays, not very welcoming. The bathroom was very small and shower had low pressure. Overall we would not stay at this location again.”

“Our stay was comfortable. The area was safe and quiet at night. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by.”

“The fitness center was closed for the entire 3 day stay because of a leak in the air conditioning. They said it would be fixed but never opened. The television controls were uninterpretable until a maintenance person wrote out the directions on day #2. There was no way that I would have figured it out. My coffee machine did not work either. When I asked to be comped for at least 1 day of my 3 days stay, I was told a manager would call me after checking out and I never received a phone call”

“The hotel is very clean and good location. We wanted an early check in because we had a family wedding to get ready for but they could not accommodate us. The bar and restaurant staff were super friendly. Breakfast had huge portions and very tasty. Enjoyed cocktails on the rooftop that overlooked the pretty street below. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend this place to others.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. Front desk young man was very friendly and inviting. The hotel itself was really nice. Breakfast was good with different options. We booked an accommodation room for a wheelchair. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. After being in the room for sometime we smelled sewer and it was coming from the bathroom. The smell was horrible. We notified the young man at the front desk and he moved us to a regular room due to them not having anymore...

“The building was not well maintained especially on the outside. The pool was not filled and what water was there was green. There was trash all around the building which didn’t seem to get picked up. We were in a non-smoking room, but a few doors down from a smoking room and it was horrible. It smelled like pot smoke but the staff insisted it was not. Depending upon who you got, the staff could be either helpful or not. The older man was not friendly or helpful at all.
