“The rooms were clean. The staff at check in was very polite. They only have maid service once a week, which I find unusual. When your trash is full or you need more towels you just sit them outside your door. In the mornings the halls look like trash day in the city. They have long term stay with a lot of out of town workers staying. If you don’t sleep past 5:00 am you’ll will be fine. “Find someplace else to stay! Room was dirty! Found trash still under the bed. There was trash left in the hallway when we arrived and was still there when we left. Bathtub was not clean and had stains. Wife refused to take a bath in it! Ceiling in the bathroom had a previous leak stain and the repair was horrible. Pool was drained dry so we couldn't use it, but I doubt we would have anyway based on how poorly it looked. Elevator was also broken and the sign on the door looked like it had...

“The toilet had obviously been used which made me doubt anything else was properly cleaned.”

“Did not like the over all security of deadbolts in our rooms..had to move to somewhat decent room. Will give credit for manager finding a room last minute. Maintenance staff needs to address safety protocols to keep future tenants safe. Will find other options.”

La colazione in generale non era delle migliori, ma il problema più grosso era la mancanza di opzioni senza glutine. Sono celiaca, non mi aspetto di trovare molte scelte, ma nel 2025 non avere neanche dei biscotti confezionati o qualcosa di simile per eventuali clienti celiaci lo trovo veramente inaccettabile. “The breakfast was horrible. One beat up looking banana, one green orange. Oatmeal is in a plastic bowl with a soda lid covering it. Little scrambled eggs, and potatoes. Cut up waffles left in a crock pot (soggy) Orange juice and apple juice were watered down. Cream cheese was left out at room temperature. Ceiling in entry way had fallen and left a huge mess. Wallpaper in front entry peeling off the wall. Room was clean and basic. Front desk attendant was nice.”
