“Location: City centre Shopping: Right next to Komtar, 1st Avenue, etc. Food: Less than 5 minutes drive (walkable) to famous food areas in Penang Rd, Macalister Rd, Burmah Rd, etc. Transport: Easy to get Grab and also near the coastal highway to the Airport. Cleanliness: Clean lobby and rooms, aircon smells fresh. Nice bedsheets and pillows. Inroom TV: a bit lacking in foreign channels. Needs more movies and sports channels. Mostly local TV channels.”

“I stayed only one night and it was quite good and comfortable. The only thing is that I had to repeat 3 times that I would like my breakfast to go and I told them to book a taxi for me in the morning and when I came down, taxi was not there and they looked at me like they are hearing my request for the first time. A bit more organization with the staff, that's all.”
