“Other than the dog barking in the room next to us, a dead battery in a smoke detector and a bathroom sink that drained ever so slowly it was a nice stay.”

“The room smelled horribly of marijuana. I used a full can of Febreze and it wouldn’t help. They offered to switch me rooms, but I had booked three together for a family vacation and they were only willing to move one. Breakfast was not great. The outdoor patio with a fire pit picture was extremely enticing. Too bad there were no cushions on the furniture. What chairs there were there were worn out and the place looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned, not what I expected from a Springhill suites...

“The property is an older property. Unfortunately, I was put in a handicapped room (I guess I booked it w/o knowing) so it was a bit inconvenient especially the shower and it didn't have a lounge chair or sofa like the regular king rooms, just a big empty space. Only one of the elevators worked and the pool and hot tub were cold. The breakfast was so-so, but because the hotel was accomodating a large group of workers the food and coffee were frequently empty. They did refill if you waited. ...

“The hotel room was spacious and very nice. The coffee table was damaged and needed to be replaced. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The entire hotel is well kept up and beautiful. It just needed a new coffee table.”

“As travelers with accessibility needs, this hotel is top on our list! Super clean, great bathroom space / shower / grab bars. Super nice, relaxed lobby and lounge. The staff asked if we needed additional help, but not in the “poor you in a wheelchair” kind of way. Also - just up the hill (walkable/wheelable) is Ska Brewery — excellent outdoor atmosphere, kids playing in safe natural areas while adults enjoyed a beer. Highly recommend!”

“La struttura è aperta da poche settimane quindi è tutto nuovo. Il personale si è sempre dimostrato cordiale e disponibile. La camera e ampia e confortevole e dispone di frigo, microonde, macchina per il caffè, asciugacapelli, ECC... Compresi nel prezzo della camera ci sono anche Wi-Fi, colazione a buffet e parcheggio.”
