“The pictures on Expedia were misleading and did not accurately reflect the condition of the property. At the time of booking, there was no indication that the pool was out of service or that the gym was closed. These are important amenities, and both the hotel and Expedia should ensure that such information is clearly disclosed before guests make a reservation. “Desk staff was great. On site restaurant is where the free breakfast comes in, very good and the waitress is fantastic. Our room however left much to be desired. Old, broken items, loose toilet seat, wallpaper separating from the wall, holes in the carpet and a broken desk chair, but we persevered. We've seen worse. We've stayed here many times but the place is starting to show it's age and is in need of renovations.”
