“Property was easy to check in and the front desk gentleman was very kind. The property itself is in need of upgrades. Carpets are worn. Elevator needs a spruce up. The room environmentally was dark, the temperature was comfortable and was very quiet despite being on a busy street. We didn't drive but there appeared to be adequate parking in the underground garage. The property felt safe. The housekeeping needs supervison. Room windows needed attention, tub had hair. “Spacious and clean room. The city view was nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. The only minor issue was that the shower room has no door. The toilet floor got very wet after showering. That caused inconvenience.”
