“We were put in a room with an ensuite bathroom that was the disabled bathroom for the complex. It was restricted for our use only so that would have been okay. However there was a strong sewer smell that was revolting. There was no body wash in the dispenser or in the bathroom of the other room we rented. The room was dusty and the windows were nailed shut. Not acceptable .”

“Our stay in Batalha could have started out poorly as William notified us the night before our arrival that our reservation had not recorded properly, and there was no availability for our first night. He quickly made the situation right by finding us a great hotel in town for the first night. Olive Hill is as nice as it looks in the photos, and clearly William is cut out for his second career in hospitality. We’d definitely stay there again.”
