“Une maison traditionnelle pleine de charme. Des chambres constituées comme de mini appartement.sas d entrée pour certaines.salle de bain pour chacune. Pièce commune,terrasse et piscine très grandes. Le poulailler,la volière, les mares pleines de grenouilles , les fleurs de nénuphar. Tout est bucolique.”

“Sehr schön eingerichtetes Häuschen mit schönem Garten. Sauber und gemütlich. Genau das Richtige um ein paar Tage zu entspannen. Da es etwas abseits liegt, sollte man sich vorher mit allem Nötigen eindecken. In Martinchel selbst gibt es ein kleines Café in dem man neben frischem Brot auch Obst und Gemüse bekommt. Mit dem Auto ist man in einer Stunde in Lissabon.”

“Very impressive villa, amazing grounds and pool, the villa is very clean, large windows with tons of natural light. It’s very well equipped, beautiful linens and lots of room for groups. We stayed as a family of 9 and it was absolutely perfect. We all loved the morning breakfast & delivery of freshly baked goods!”

“O espaço está muito bem preparado para grupos grandes, zonas interiores e exteriores suficientes para as refeições, a máquina de lavar loiça é um ponto positivo. O interior da casa está muito agradável, espaçoso, as casas de banho estão impecáveis. Pontos menos positivos: camas extra são colchões insufláveis - nem toda a gente se dá bem a dormir nestes colchões. O jardim devia estar mais cuidado (relva por cortar e seca). No entanto recomendamos o espaço para reunir com amigos ou grandes...

The owner, Angelica, provided us a flawless support and an impressive welcome with fruits, wines, cakes, beatifully arranged in the property. We can gladly recommend the house for visiting.”

The location is just remote enough to have privacy and serenity, but perfect to jump on the highway in any direction and explore. “José et sa femme sont d'une grande gentillesse. La maison dispose de tout le necessaire et la piscine est super. Nous avons passé une super semaine et l'emplacement est central pour visiter pleins de choses autour. Nous recommanderons cette maison a nos amis et famille les yeux fermés.”

“Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage in dieser voll ausgestatteten Villa. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Jeden Morgen wurde uns frisches Brot vorbei gebracht. Einziges kleines Manko: Im Haus ist nur ein Badezimmer, die zweite Dusche und Toilette ist am Pool. Leider waren die Temperaturen nicht mehr dafür geeignet, dass man outdoor hätte duschen können.”

“Estuvimos 3 semanas en julio, la vivienda tiene una parcela inmensa sin ningún vecino, estupenda para que jueguen los niños. El wifi con buena conexión para trabajar (en mi ordenador un poco menos de 20 mps en el 3er piso). Volveremos si Dios quiere!”

Gérant immobilier disponible mais il faut aller chercher l'information. Dans l'ensemble, je recommande ce gîte.”

“Our stay in Batalha could have started out poorly as William notified us the night before our arrival that our reservation had not recorded properly, and there was no availability for our first night. He quickly made the situation right by finding us a great hotel in town for the first night. Olive Hill is as nice as it looks in the photos, and clearly William is cut out for his second career in hospitality. We’d definitely stay there again.”

“Pretty villa, very clean and well stocked kitchen for cooks. Good location as less than an hour from sights and walks in the national parks, host was helpful and friendly. Potted plants and furnishings gave the villa a cosy vibe”
