Being out of the center is in my opinion a plus if one looks for a quiet site and want to escape from the chaos of excessive tourist flow. “Great welcome by the host. Lovely big family room with lots of space for the children. Didn’t stay for breakfast as an early start home but there was a lot of choice on offer. Will definitely stay again when I revisit family who live in the town. A bonus was the private parking on grounds of the guest house as so many roads are permit only. Short walk to shops, supermarket and along the Leas overlooking the beach. Highly recommended.”

The rooms and facilities were great we were close to the local shops and central Margate was in close walking distance.
