“Big, beautiful foyer with inviting fireplace. super friendly staff. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. TV had excellent picture. Room is dated - paint peeling i bathroom. Bring ear plugs unless you like traffic noise if you get a street facing room. Breakfast was decent though eggs were blah. Good selection of eats.”

“The rooms were nothing special, but they weren't bad. The property is about 15 mins from Cranbrook, but it was easy to drive in and we had no problem getting cabs to and from town. We used the hottub and steamroom which were great. We also dined at the hotel restaurant which was incredible! We checked out the casino as well. Will hopefully be back to check out the golf course as well. Our favourite spot in town was Encore brewing, so fun and not too busy.”

“Professional. Very happy. Flexible. The area around the property is industrial and on a highway. Lots of places to eat and things to buy. But that is not the hotel issue. They are good. I would come back again. I recommend people coming here if you are passing through Cranbrook.”

“The hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fine. The staff was helpful and the only complaint I have is that the driveway and parking area need repair. My car bottomed out when we pulled in to the lot and the rough terrain could damage a small vehicle.”

“4 adults and a baby stayed in this property. It was great having the downstairs for the young family while the grandparents could sleep on the main floor. Thankfully there was even a booster seat for the 1 year old as we forgot a high chair. So many things were available to us that made our stay feel like home. Would reserve this property again in a heart beat if needed to be in the area again”

“Our large family of 8 adults and 6 children truly enjoyed our wonderful family reunion at the lake. We love the new path to the lake because it is perfect for our elderly grand parents and our young children. There is seating for all of us to eat at one time too enjoy telling stories. The lake house and the lake front property are exactly as described and we recommend this property for family reunions. Two of our children caught their first fish right off the dock here and they are still talking...
