“The facility was totally misrepresented in Expedia. Based on the descriptions and photos and the 9.2 rating, we booked 7 nights in a “premier” room. The room we were given did not look even remotely like the photos. The “shower” was a cloth wrap around a free standing tub—away from walls with no grab bars, no place for soap/shampoo. The bathroom was a step down from the bedroom. My wife stumbled to her knees when she got up to use the bathroom at night because she missed the step in the dark....

“The bed was very comfortable and bathroom toiletries were exquisite (because of these things I gave an extra star). The room was pleasant, but sparsely furnished. Wish we had a chair to sit in. Window seat looked stylish but was not comfortable. Bartender in the lobby only knew how to make the few specialty drinks the hotel offers. He didn’t know how to change the TV either.
