“Very dim lighting in bathroom , nonabsorbent towels, not "premium" bedding as advertised.
Help from bellman was not available to carry luggage

“The hallways were hot and muggy. They had large floor fans running in each hallway but that didn’t help much. The elevator was down for a bit. One cart to carry luggage in the whole place which was never available. Our room smelled extremely musty almost like cat pee. Best thing about the breakfast was the lady who was working that area, she was amazing and deserves a raise. Employees were all very nice and helpful. Food was not good at all.

“My new favorite place to stay when we head to Galveston! Location is perfect for traveling to the island. Staff is friendly and very helpful (shoutout to Ashley and Monique). Hotel is so clean and smells great! Our room was so spacious, clean and had everything we needed and more. And let’s not forget about breakfast! Breakfast was great!!! We will definitely be back!”
