“Wrote a Google review. It’s been renovated but just lipstick on a pig. Older fixtures and cracks/tears. Noisy. Charged us $13 each for standard ‘free breakfast’ everywhere else. Replied on Google that it was made-to-order option, which no one mentioned nor observed and other guests had same complaints around us. Most guests are staying next to the highway and close to fairgrounds for a mid-priced hotel. They’re trying for upscale, but it doesn’t work there. We won’t stay there again.”

“After a full day of travel, it was nice to have encountered a friendly, helpful clerk could check us into our room. Even though it’s an older hotel, everything was clean and the bed was firm. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs an overnight stay in the area. It won’t break the bank.”

“This is a great place to stay for a quick overnight it is a bit farther away from the highway than some of the other hotels. If you do not like highway noise but want to be close to everything, this is your place. It has been well maintained. It has plenty of grass to walk dogs”

“Booked a room online, walked in and the walls had mold, balcony door was covered in mold and didn’t even close. when we told the front desk person, their response was “our housekeeper has been sick”. which i get, but at the same time, the housekeeper has nothing to do with the fact that the room was covered in mold. will never book here again. and the indoor pool was NASTY. didn’t even stay because it was so gross”
