Hotel vicino a Grout Museum of History and Science - Waterloo

“Our meet and greet was great! And the place is a very nice looking Mansion. But entering the room it was hot to both of us. We started the small window AC in the living room and the vented stand along AC in the bedroom. It took quite a while to cool off. We decided to take a Jacuzzi bath and not only did it not work, we made ourselves even more hot. I went to shave and the bathroom sink is " clogged" not just slowly draining as I could run hot water very long before it was full. Unfortunately...

“Outside key entry door was broke. AC unit leaked water all over my bag getting my clothes wet. No creamer for coffee in breakfast lounge. Breakfast lounge was dirty. No available ice bucket.”

Also, there were either 3 teenagers or very young 20s males across the hall that probably slammed their door 50 to 75 times in 2 hours. “Shower head leaked, carpeting was filthy and laundry was piled up in the dining area, so I checked out a day early and since I booked thru you the second day of the stay is non refundable not doing this again.”
