“One ice machine working and that was all the way on the first floor. It was 90+ and the pool was out of order. Front desk staff was very helpful.”

“The breakfast was limited, no ice machine worked in the entire hotel, when I checked in I thought the third floor was being fumigated due to the way the cleaning staff had things thrown throughout the hallway. The front desk was absolutely only about looking at their phones rather than tending to their customers. Will not be staying here again.”

“The room was clean. Was a bit confused during check in as I did not realize the person sitting in the lobby was the person working the front desk, they were friendly though. Beds were clean and was good for the one night stay.”

“We booked a double queen room 2-3 weeks in advance for 4 people. When we got to the hotel the person checked us in. We walked to the 4th floor to our room and we had a king bed. We were never told this at check in. Obviously 4 grown adults can't sleep in a king size bed only. There was no pull out couch or anything. So, when we went back downstairs to discuss this with the same lady she told us that unfortunately that was the only room available. They didn't have anymore double beds. This should...
