“La maison de Sophie est très bien placée, avec vue imprenable sur le Lac d’Annecy et à proximité d’activités sportives . Nous avons fait du canyoning situé à 10 mn de la maison et du parapente à 20 mn. L’avantage est que ce n’est pas loin de tout, tout en étant au calme. Sophie est une hôte disponible et très agréable. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !”

“Mr & Mrs Grasso were really nice but Mr Grasso did not respond to any emails until 2 days before we got there. He does not speak English but we could have sent a message in French. The pool was not heated but was not an issue but the pool does need a good clean especially round the steps. Internally the house was exceptionally well fitted with what looks like some particularly expensive items but was quirky, e.g. one bedroom door would not shut, toilet door would not fully open glass windows...

“We had a fabulous time staying here. The house was very clean and spacious. We were two families with four little kids and we had plenty of room in the house. (High chair and cot provided.) The views from the house and yard were phenomenal! The hosts were welcoming. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and taking a dip in the cold lake (we were there in April.) *Note: The hot tub did take a bit of practice getting the temperature right... it was often too cold or too hot! “We have spent a wonderful week at this beautiful house in Excenevex. It is very well equipped with everything we needed, extremely clean and well presented, and has a lovely garden and pool. The host Elisabeth was lovely and very helpful.”

The amazing house is very clean, very well equiped (shampoo, towels and lots usuful herbs and other things for cooking. Spacious rooms, sunny swimming pool with lots of deck chairs.
